Responses shall be submitted on the Town of Glastonbury proposal form. Proposal forms and specifications may be downloaded from the link above and may also be obtained from the Purchasing office at the address located below. Please note that all responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked:SEALED BID (INSERT BID NUMBER, BID NAME, DATE AND TIME)

Responses will be opened and read aloud in the Town Hall location specified at the time and date detailed in the specification. Please contact the Purchasing Department at (860) 652-7588 for additional information. The Town of Glastonbury reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any part of, or the entire bid, when said action is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. All Sealed proposals must be submitted to the Office of the Purchasing Agent no later than the time and date indicated. Late bids/RFPs will not be accepted. All bids will be publicly opened and read.
